Warranty Coverage

Mito Red Professional LLC (DBA Mito Red For Business) will repair or replace, at no charge, products that prove defective due to improper materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. If repair or replacement of the unit is not possible due to supply chain issues, Mito Red will replace it with a similar-sized and spec device.

For Mito COMMERCIAL Panels and MitoCABIN units: if identical commercial panels are unavailable, Mito Red reserves the right to provide an equivalent-size multi-panel array and stand with comparable output and performance. Replacement units may be new or refurbished and will carry the remaining balance of the original warranty period.

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser if the product was purchased directly from mitoredforbusiness.com or from an authorized retailer. The warranty period begins on the date specified in your warranty registration documentation.

This warranty is valid only upon completion of the signed Warranty Registration & Liability Release Form. Failure to complete and return the required documentation will void the warranty.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover any problem caused by damage resulting from:

  • Negligence or improper maintenance
  • Improper installation
  • Faulty utility electrical
  • High humidity or wet environments
  • Unauthorized modification
  • Theft or loss of the product

Shipping & Warranty Freight

Domestic

  • For the first 180 days from delivery, Mito Red For Business will cover all standard shipping costs associated with approved warranty claims.
  • After 180 days, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including return freight to Mito Red and shipment of replacement or repaired units. Note: responsibility for shipping costs after 180 days does not affect warranty coverage — the product remains under warranty for the full 3-year period.

International

  • For international orders fulfilled through a freight forwarder, the customer is responsible for all shipping logistics and costs regardless of when the claim is made.
  • Mito Red is not responsible for arranging or covering international freight.

Full Unit Replacements

  • If a full unit replacement is required, the original product must be returned to Mito Red prior to shipment of the replacement unit.
  • Mito Red may hold a credit card on file or a deposit in order to arrange shipping a replacement unit out prior to receiving the defective unit.
  • Mito Red holds the right to charge a card on file or keep a deposit if the defective unit is not received within 30 days of the delivery date of the replacement unit.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, contact us at sales@mitoredforbusiness.com to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution. You may be asked to:

  • Provide proof of any defects (photos and videos of alleged defects should be maintained)
  • Have a licensed electrician inspect your utility power to confirm the appropriate electrical is being used for the device

MitoRECHARGE Bed – Prorated Credit

Mito Red For Business will make every reasonable effort to repair or replace defective MitoRECHARGE Beds. The prorated credit option applies only if repair or replacement is not possible. Mito Red will always make a good-faith effort to repair or replace first. A credit would be a last resort in the event of an unforeseen supply chain issue.

If a repair or replacement is not possible, a straight-line prorated credit will be issued toward the purchase of a new Mito Red Light Cabin, commercial panel, or multi-panel array, based on the remaining months in the 36-month warranty period.

Credit Application Terms

If a prorated credit is issued, it will be provided as either:

  • A discount code redeemable at checkout on mitoredforbusiness.com, or
  • An invoice deduction applied to a direct order processed through Mito Red For Business

Credits must be used within 12 months of the date issued and may only be applied toward the purchase of qualifying Mito Red Light products (Cabin, commercial panel, or multi-panel array). Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for refunds or transferred to another customer or entity.

Returns

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

  • The device must be returned in its original packaging and in original condition — the unit may have been used but must not be damaged
  • All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility — there are no restocking fees
  • Returns requested after 60 days of delivery will not be accepted

How to Initiate a Return

Prior to shipping anything back, you must email sales@mitoredforbusiness.com to request approval. Do not ship the device back before receiving approval.

Once your return request is reviewed, we will notify you whether it has been approved or denied. If approved, we are happy to assist with coordinating the return process — however, all associated shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Refunds are issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned device. To be eligible for a refund, the return must be approved in advance and the device must be received in original, undamaged condition in its original packaging.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. There are no restocking fees.
