OVERVIEW
All Mito Red For Business orders are shipped via LTL Freight to ensure the safe arrival of your equipment. LTL shipping service includes liftgate service and appointment delivery. Once your order is ready to ship out, our team will contact you to ensure you are prepared to receive the freight. Freight traveling within the lower 48 states takes roughly 2-5 business days to arrive from our Arizona, USA, warehouse. Once your shipment arrives at its destination terminal in your state, a freight carrier representative will call you to schedule a delivery drop-off window. Please note that if you take advantage of the standard service, the driver will arrive between the specified window; they will not be able to give you a narrow time window unless you opt for the additional hour window service at checkout.
After the appointment is set, they will arrive with the freight and unload it using a lift gate. Drivers are only obligated to leave the freight at your curb. Installation and debris removal are NOT included and are the receiver's responsibility. AK/HI, US territories, and International shipments - Please email or call our sales team for a custom freight quote. Freight or expedited air service is limited to certain international countries due to the size, weight, and value of our commercial equipment. Still, options may be available depending on your specific location. PLEASE NOTE: All shipping quotes do not include any applicable Taxes, Duties, or other customs charges.
Refused or Returned Shipments - Any US shipment that was shipped correctly but is subsequently refused by the recipient, unable to be delivered to the customer-supplied address, or returned to our warehouse will incur a restocking fee of up to $500 + any applicable storage fees imposed by the freight carrier. Any international returned shipment will not be eligible for reimbursement of the original shipping fee + any applicable storage fees imposed by the freight carrier.
